ABOUT DANIEL
One of the few Power players who took their game to a new level in 2008, Motlop was the club’s leading goalkicker with a career-high 57 and recorded his highest finish in the best and fairest (third). The mid-sized forward is strong overhead and one of the most miraculous goalsneaks in the League when the ball hits the ground. Re-signed until the end of 2011 last October.
Draft history: 2000 National AFL Draft 1st round selection (North Melbourne) No. 8 overall on-traded by Sydney to Collingwood for Paul Williams; 2005 NAB AFL Draft traded by North Melbourne for No. 28 (Matt Riggio) and No. 46 (Travis Baird).
