The AFLNT State Academy Under 18s team to play the Gold Coast Suns Academy this Saturday in Broadbeach at 12.30pm, the NT's last game in the 2017 Under 18 Academy Series, has been named.
Coach Jimmy Driscoll said, “The team this week is pretty young so it will give good exposure to the younger players."
“Daniel Fuller comes in for his first game and Kieren Parnell comes back from an ACL injury after 12 months” he said.
“We play the Gold Coast Suns who will be a tough match up, they defeated Tasmania last game so they’ll be full of confidence this week.”
“The focus this week has been reacting quicker to defend and it’s really what let us down last week as well as a couple of skills errors. Hopefully we tidy that up this week and really push them."
This week the team will be captained by Matthew Green.
