AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) wishes to advise it is investigating incidents that took place in the fourth quarter and at the conclusion of the NT WorkSafe Big Rivers Football League Round 4 Men’s game between Kalano Bombers and Katherine Camels at Nitmiluk Oval on Friday 18 May 2018.
AFLNT can confirm it has received formal complaints regarding the incidents and will work closely with the Regional Development Manager in Katherine, the clubs and those involved, local community figures and authorities as well as AFL head office to determine next steps.
Since the investigation is now underway no further comment will be made until there is an update.
