ABC Television today informed AFL Northern Territory that at the conclusion of TIO NTFL season 2014-15, the channel will no longer broadcast TIO NTFL games.
This season’s broadcast schedule including finals will not be affected.
Whilst disappointed that the coverage will no longer continue AFLNT is grateful to have had such a long and productive relationship with ABC television and thanks the ABC and all its staff in Darwin for the many years of exceptional coverage provided.
To ensure that fans continue to see live NTFL games in 2015-16 AFLNT will continue streaming games live on AFLNTv! and will also commence discussions with commercial television stations regarding coverage of NTFL games in the future.
