Juniors

Developing grassroots and junior participation is a key aim of AFLNT. 

There are opportunities for children of all ages and ability to play, watch or get involved with the game. 

  • NAB AFL Auskick (ages 5 – 8)
  • Thunder Juniors (ages 8 – 12)
  • NTFL Juniors (ages 8 – 12)
  • School clinics, competitions and gala days
  • Umpiring
  • Volunteer coaching or team managing

AFLNT Game Development Officers are situated in Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, Alice Springs and in eight remote communities to help increase participation and develop football skills.
